Once you’ve made a booking with us, if you need to change your travel plans for any reason - or for no reason at all - you can rest assured that your money is protected. As long as you cancel at least 30 days before your trip departure, we’ll never charge you anything to change your trip, and our TravlexDeposit guarantee means you can use your deposit with another trip, gift it to someone else.
Here’s why, with India Travelex, you can always book with confidence
Travelex Deposit Guarantee
If your plans change, you can use your deposit as credit to book a new trip. Alternatively, you can gift it to a friend. Easy.
No Change Fees
Change your mind? No worries. As long as you cancel at least 30 days before your trip departs, there are never any fees to change your trip to a different one, and you’ll never lose your deposit.
No Penalties
If you cancel your trip at least 30 days before departure, you activate your FlexDeposit. This means if you decide to book another trip at a later date, your deposit moves with you and can be put toward your next trip. If your trip is ever cancelled by Natural Cause for any other reason, you’ll get a great alternative – you’ll get a great alternative trip or a Future Travel Credit*.
